From Arlanda Airport
The Arlanda airport is the largest and main airport. There are many options for getting from the Arlanda airport to the dojo, and the city. These come at different options as far as time an budget go. The main one are listed below. There is a train station right at the airport, but that has a surcharge to the normal ticket price for getting on and off at the airport.
Local public transport avoiding the airport train station surcharge – SEK 42
For this one you take the bus to the commuter train station that is not on the airport line. There you get on the commuter train towards Stockholm city. Below is the principle for getting straight to the dojo from the airport using this routing.
- Bus from Arlanda airport to Märsta station – 11 – 17 minutes riding time
- Commuter train from Märsta station to Årstaberg station which is just south of the city
- Tram from Årstaberg to the dojo at Gullmarsplan

Local public transport including the airport train station surcharge – SEK 177
This gets you the local transportation ticket plus the surcharge of SEK 135 for accessing the airport train station. Using this option you get to the dojo via the below routing.
- Commuter train from Arlandastation to Årstaberg station which is just south of the city
- Tram from Årstaberg to the dojo at Gullmarsplan
From Bromma airport
Local public transport – SEK 42
From Bromma you can take the tram. So take the tram line 31 from Bromm Airport towards Alviks strand. You can get off at Alviks strand and change to tram towards Sickal. That is actually in the same direction you are already going. So just wait for the next tram in the same direction you were already riding and ride to Gullmarsplan.
